[Antennas] Icom AH-32 VHF/UHF Mobile Antenna

I have an Icom AH-32 VHF/UHF mobile antenna and the following information:

Frequency range : 144 to 148  and 440 to 450
2m gain : 2.7db
70cm gain : 5.5 db
Max power : 150 W
SWR : 1.5:1 or less
Length : 0.91m
Connector : PL-259

- Does anyone know what the antenna represents on each band, 
  viz 1/2, 5/8, 2 x 1/2 wave, etc?

- Any tuning details?

Icom does not have this antenna on their website and they were only able to
provide the specifications above.
