That would be true if the ladder line's conductors had a spacing of 5 feet!
Ladder line should be keep away from conductive surfaces a distance equal=20
to 2=BD to 3 times the spacing of the parallel conductors. In other words=
the=20
popular plastic window line in which the wires are spaced 0.8 of an inch;=20
the spacing should be greater than 2 to 2=BD inches. Great distances, of=20
course, won't hurt but are unnecessary.
