[Antennas] RE: CUSTOMER SUPPORT - BETTER ADD MOSLEY

Guys,

   You might as well add MOSLEY to the list.  They are notorious for bad follow-up and delayed responses to legit requests from their own equipment purchasers.  

   I was at Dayton once when two different Hams came up to the Mosley display and raised holy hell with the factory representative for problems they experienced trying to get service support.  After the last one had left, the Representative turned to me and made some disparaging remarks about both of them.  This didn't really didn't help my impression of Mosley. Some time later, I had a similiar experience with some promised information and decided to go elsewhere for my beam purchase.  

   Maybe these firms need to hire some real marketing folks who appreciate satisfied customers and the benefit of standing behind their products.
