Telrex is another known problem vendor.  I had a rotator failure while in
warrantee and was informed: " I'm in business to sell, not repair ... "
"I'll sell you another rotator." This was subsequent to purchase of three
monobanders, a rotator, mounting brackets, control cable, 500' of coax. They
were hesitant to sell their "balun" or replace missing or defective small
parts. Their local BBB provided minimal customer support.  Failure: Caused
by loose bolts in gear housing. Result: (a) Loss of gear oil, (b) burred
worm gear, (c) failed oil seal. Bottom line: A friend removed and cleaned
the rotator. Repair costs (less labor) $5.00 for two seals & replacement
oil.

On the opposite side of customer support, Telex replaced a crank up tower,
HD 300 rotator, mast, a 40 Mtr. 2 element beam, & a 5 Element tribander AT
NO CHARGE after the lowering latch jammed causing slack cable before the
tower collapsed as a guillotine. They even paid a subcontractor to remove
and reinstall the system. 73, Ron W2WU
