The lack of customer support is analogous to Pacific Rim vendors, who once
thrived.  New Sales, not service parts represent maximum profit.

Think as the Far Eastern mind. Send complaints to the President & C.E.O.
Customer Satisfaction is paramount.  Complaints or questions sent to low
echelon employees are never seen by upper management.  Replies are stock,
