Alan,

My two bits worth!

IMHO - when one posts something on a reflector for all to read, you are
exposing yourself to public criticism. This has been an ongoing scenario. If
you don't want  public opinion then don't send it "Reply-All". If you don't
want to be criticized then just keep it amongst the two of you, and that way
there won't be ruffled feathers.
