I use a Butternut HF-9V (a replacement for a HF-6V which was bent in a
very high wind) mounted on a 10-foot pole, using 3 radials (2 Butternut
40-10 type, one 80M 67' long). I believe that length is more important
than direction; so if you can use them as guys, bending the excess length
around your lot, this should work.
