Hello John and list members,

   I have posted my reply to these allegations. I don't even find his
site on a search for "Cushcraft R7"  I have never visited John's site
nor do I recall precisely where I got the R7 schematic.

 Evidently these items may have already been distributed across the
internet at some earlier time.
