The two items I list below may not be readable because it's considered
"rich text" and typically not allowed in these plain text reflectors.
In the mailman.qth.net E-mail List Etiquette, it says:
* Do not send HTML, rich text, or stylized email, or messages in
"quoted-printable" format. Not all email programs of list members will
recognize such formats. Send messages in Plain Text.
* Do not send attachments (attached files) of any sort to mailing lists.
This includes URL shortcuts, v-cards, GEDCOM files, zipped files, or any
other type of attachment not mentioned here.
I randomly checked several greenkeys postings but could not find any
photos or attachments. Note that you can provide active links, where
pictures and attachments may dwell, similar to the active links we have
at the bottom of each post.
At milsurplus reflector, under the "About milsurplus" it says "all
messages must be in plain text, no html formats are accepted.
