I have not been asked for money at this point except they say that if you migrate to it now and ask them to make the migration they charge a fee for that.

Also there is a fee for business accounts.

If anyone knows how to allow pictures, then please let me know.

Both the greenkeys and milsurplus lists are also on mailman.qth.net and they allow photos so there must be some way to do it.

Two issues with moving to groups.io are
1)losing all the archived messages and
2) they have started asking for money.

  Ladies and gentlemen,

I have had a request to allow pictures on the reflector, after looking I did
not see a way to do such, but I do think it is a good idea. In light of
that thought, I have a question.

The person who made the request mentioned the Collins Collector group does
allow pictures. As I am not a member, can someone confirm that. I looked
for the CCA site and found that they have moved (I believe) to a groups.io
account. Groups.io does allow pictures and I wonder if that is what
happened, they moved there. Someone please clarify that for me. They also
maintain a Facebook page, which I am not in favor of having.

I am betting most here would like pictures, any comments? And if they
cannot be allowed here would you be willing to move to a groups.io account
  in order to allow it?

A move to that site will require you to open an account since there is no
way to move existing accounts over there. If you are unfamiliar with them,
they do not have advertising and can do much more than here. You can chat,
create a poll, post your pictures, files and maintain a database. I am a
member and have been for quite a while of several groups and it is a nice
  interface.

What say, and remember we have a lot of members to ask so please be patient
and I assess what you think.
