[AMRadio] Need manual

Those that know, would be ones Jim would like to filter to. Those that
don't, while might be interested, really have nothing to contribute to the
conversation.

   I wish I knew what the difference between early and late versions is,
but I'm fairly knowledgeable about the differences in R-274's.
