[AMRadio] ARLB020 ARRL Renews Request for FCC to Replace Symbol Rate with Bandwidth Limit

To some minds, the ARRL is always after, or wants to suppress, the AM
mode.
People not only read invisible things between the lines, they invent
things between the lines.
