Hi Dave,

Not a lot has changed but summer weather and propagation has pretty much 
stopped activity on 7.290 and 7.160.  You will hear some stations on 7.290 
from time to time but I rarely do.

On 75 the main frequencies are still 3.875, 3.880, 3.885 and 3.890 with 
activity depending on your location.  Activity will be picking up soon as 
the storms subside.

On 160 there is little activity West of the Mississippi but in the South 
there is a number of stations on 1.980-85 and some on 1.885 with most of 
those stations in the NE.

There is a net on, I think, 14.313 or so each week on Wednesday, someone 
will  have to verify that.
