The SX-130 has two dials. The small rotary dial is the GC dial. The larger 
SLIDERULE dial is HAM BAND only.

The SX-130 is an update of the SX-110. The SX-110 is an update of the SX-99. 
The SX-99 had two ROTARY dials.
