[AMRadio] Enameled wire cleaning

I haven't had any luck with that at all. Usually for me that results
in a bad solder joint if any joint at all. I just use a bit if fine
sandpaper, it doesn't really matter, sandpaper will work really. That
leaves you with a nice clean surface to tin and solder to.
