[AMRadio] SW station on 28.947

Here is the WHRI transmission schedule.

You'll have to match to time of day.  It is not AM station related as the highest frequency in their schedule is around 7 MHz removed. It could be a mix of two of their transmitters as 2 have an ERP of about 25 megawatts.
