I agree with what others have suggested that operators who join a QSO or roundtable need to listen first and pay attention to the order of things so as not to foul things up for the other operators. And ignoring a lid may be justified. But a few kind words might help educate newcomers and make them better AM operators or at least get them headed in the right direction rather than discourage them from participation in AM.
