You might be able to piggyback onto an existing site such as these:

Jay I think you meant to say that you can only monitor 1 frequency at a
time or call CQ on only one frequency or band at a time. I think having a
visual snapshot on one page of all existing AM activity at any  particular
time would be beneficial. Of course that doesn't preclude one from calling
CQ the old-fashioned way.
