Oh, there's a fair share of pestilence in New England, as well.  Black flies, topping the list..  

I'll capitulate to rather being too cool than too hit... I can always wear more clothes to stay warm, but can't take enough off to stay cool... But cool and New England cold are WORLDS apart!
