I too have enjoyed listening to quite a bit of activity here in the DC Metro
area @ 7.295.   I wasn't aware of any AM activity around 7.160 but I will
begin stalking that frequency too now.

You need to listen around 7.295. I hear AM activity there every day and
evenings and manage to put my Viking Ranger on every now and then.
Occasionally some AM activity pops up around 7.160.
