[AMRadio] AM Presentation

Let the people with PLASTIC RICEBOXES push the AM button and listen to some 
AM. Let them see how much better AM sounds than SSB does.

Also remember a 100W SSB RICEBOX will only produce a 25W AM Carrier.

 I don't hear any AM anymore and very little SSB except on contest days.
