[AMRadio] Globe King 400B base

Found a caster assembly yesterday that almost fits under a GK400 so that 
I can move it around in the garage right now without tearing paint off 
the floor or worse. Harbor Freight's store in Santa Fe had a plastic 200 
lb capacity dolly. Its just a smidgen too deep so I ran it across a belt 
sander on both edges until it snapped into the recess under the King, 
14.25 inches is the critical dimension. I guess the ultimate King would 
be to have small wheels mounted underneath that are barely noticed, then 
it could roll on a desktop too!
