Mobile Antennas For Sale:

HF, VHF, UHF, and multiband antennas,
plus a variety of antenna mounts

Hustler HF Mobile Antennas:

"Standard" Hustler resonators (400 Watt):
75 meter resonator RM-75 $19
20 meter resonator RM-20 $16
15 meter resonator RM-15 $14

Hustler mobile mast:
Hustler MO-3.5 mobile mast.
Hustler makes the MO-3 mast for use with their series of
mobile HF resonators. They also make an MO-4. The MO-3
is 54 inches long, and the MO-4 is a "shorty" only 22
inches long. This particular mast has been modified and
is between the two -- it is 34 inches long. It would be
ideal if you have the room for slightly more length than
the MO-4, but not enough for the MO-3. Of course this
one would result is more efficiency than the MO-4. $18

Mobile Antenna Mounts:

Large, heavy duty magnetic mount
This large mag mount will take any antenna with a standard
3/8 inch 24 thread connector. It is very heavy duty, about
5 inches in diameter, with a long coax for $22.

BNC Magnetic Mount
This mag mount has a BNC connector on the top of it, and a
BNC connector on the coax. Among other things, it can be
used to put a BNC rubber duck outside on the roof of your
car, instead of using it inside the car on your HT. I think
this is really what it was designed for. It is in nice
condition. $20

Larsen PO-MM mobile magnetic mount:
This is a mobile mount that takes antennas with a PL-259.
Coax is included. This one works great. $25

NMO "Button" Mount
This mount fits into a 3/4 inch hole, and will then take any
of the many NMO types of antennas. Coax included.
It looks to be in new condition. $12

NMO-MM Magnetic Mount
For use with any of the Larsen, Motorola, and many others
that use the NMO Mount. This is a magnetic mount with a
good strong magent, coax, and PL-259 connector. $18

NMO-TLM Trunk Lip Mount
For use with any of the NMO type of antennas, this is a
trunk lip mount, with a short coax. $10

Ten Meter Mobile Antennas:

All of these are vertical mobile antennas for the 10 meter
band. Unless listed otherwise, all are for what is normally
called an "Antenna Specialists" mount, which is sort of a
reversed PL-259 type of connection. All have a spring just
above the coil, at the bottom of the whip. All are about
3 to 3.5 feet long. I have checked each with an antenna
analyzer, to determine resonant frequency. I am sure that
mounting and surrounding objects might shift this frequency
slightly, but they are adjustable.

Antenna Incorporated - 28.8 MHz - $15

Unknown brand (might be Antenna Specialists) 28 MHz
$15

Unknown brand (might be Antenna Specialists) 29.2 MHz
$15

Magnetic Mount, with antenna, coil, and mag mount as one unit.
About 18 feet of coax, with PL-259 connector.
Breaker brand, 28.35 MHz, $25

VHF Triband Mobile Mag Mount Antenna:

This mobile antenna is a VHF Triband antenna covering the
6 meter, 2 meter, and 440 MHz ham bands. This makes it
ideal for some of the newer multiband and dual band rigs
available today.

The antenna is on the order of 3 feet long and has a
very strong magnet. It has a long coax cable with a
PL-259 connector.

It works great, and looks very close to new. $75

Comet "Impulse" Z-780 dual band mobile antenna:

The Comet Z-780 dual band is a 2 meter and 440 MHz mobile
antenna. It is 5/8 wave center loaded on 2 meters providing
4.5 dB gain and 5/8 x 3 wave on 440 MHz providing 7.2 dB
gain. VSWR 1.5 : 1 or less. This antenna can handle up to
150 watts.

The antenna is 5 feet high. The connector type is gold-plated
UHF PL-259 (for PO mount).

This particular antenna works fine and looks very close to
new. $60

Larsen PO-MM mobile magnetic mount:

This is a mobile mount that takes antennas with a PL-259 (such as
the Z-780 above). Coax is included. This one works great. $25

Buy both of the above for $80.

Larsen NMO type antennas
These provide about 3 db gain over a quarter wave, and are a
very rugged antenna. About 4 feet long.

NMO-150 - for use on 2 meters
This has been the standard of the industry for a very long time.
Coil only $12
Coil with whip $19

NMO-150 B for use on 2 meters
Same as NMO-150 above, but Black in color,
Coil only $15
Coil with whip $24

NMO-Q - Quarter wave whip for 2 meters
about 19 inches long. $10

NMO-50 for use on six meters
Quarter wave loaded antenna.
Coil only $12
Coil with whip $19

LM-150 for 2 meters
Similar to the NMO-150, but for the LM "Larsen Mount"
5/16 inch stud
Coil only $12
Coil with whip $19

Larsen NLA Type Mobile Antennas:

These antennas fit the Larsen NLA mobile mount, which is
a special mount made by Larsen.

Larsen NLA-150, 2 meter antenna, for Larsen NLA mount
Has about 3 db gain on 2 meters.

This one works fine and looks fine also.

Coil only, without whip (whip is hard to ship). $10
With four foot whip. $19

Larsen NLA-UHF coil for 440 MHz
This is the coil only for use on the amateur 440 MHz
band and UHF public service bands. Good condition. $10

Antenna Specialists 2 meter antenna
This is a 5/8 wave antenna with a "Gutter clip" type
mount. This is ideal for more portable or temporary
installations. Includes mount, coil, whip, and coax
with a PL-250 connector. $25

Mobile Magnetic Mount Antenna for 6 and 2 Meters:

There are no markings on this antenna indicating who made it,
but it has an extremely strong magnetic mount, complete with
coax and PL-259 connector. The antenna is about 4 feet long,
with a spring at the base of the antenna. It does not appear
that the coil at the base is removable.

Since there are no markings, I put it on the antenna analyzer.
The SWR is below 1.1 to 1 with no reactance at both 52 MHz,
and at 146.5 MHz, so apparently it is a dual band 6 and 2
meter antenna. Probably a 5/8 wave on two meters (which
would have about 3 db gain), and a quarter wave on 6 meters.
$30

Rubber Duck antennas for your HT:

All are for 2 meters, are in good condition,
and are $10 each, unless stated otherwise.

BNC - Original from Kenwood TH-215, about 5 inches long

5/16 inch threaded, as used by Motorola and others
Stubby - 4 inches long

Type F connector - 6.5 inches long

PL-259 connector - 6.5 inches long
HyGain 275, still in original packaging

PL-259 connector - Stubby - 4.6 inches long
Centurion, still in original package

BNC Stubby for 440 MHz, 3 inches long
