If you go back and read my comment, you should be able to see that the fraud 
was in reference to the Harley raffle that did not sell enough tickets by 
the draw date.  Raffles and perhaps auctions are regulated in Ohio. 
However since the photos are on here do not be surprised to find them on 
ebay listed as selling for a widow!!  I have bid on non existent cars with 
numerous photos, assorted parts, left deposits, as in 20% only to return in 
an hour, after a trip to the bank and find the seller returning my deposit 
saying someone else offered more.   bad checks, no rent pay etc, on and on. 
In any case, unless there was some sort of disclaimer, or reserve, I would 
still consider pulling the auction as unethical.  This is not to say that I 
deal only with bad people, just that I have been around a long time and when 
there is any money involved  anything can and will happen.   I trust the 
jerk comment was simply a too quick response and take no offence at it.
