[AMRadio] Mini warehouse antique radio auction

Do you watch Storage Wars on TV, the show about mini warehouse auction?
If you're like me you watch it a dream about going to one someday and them opening up an abandoned warehouse and it be full of antique radios.

Well that very thing has happened. a few weeks ago I was contacted by the owner of a mini warehouse located just off US 1 between Southern Pines and Raleigh NC.
He was having a warehouse auction and when he popped the lock and raised the door he saw a warehouse almost full of antique radios. Thanks goodness he had the good sense to close the door and refuse to sell it that day.
At first he wanted to sell it all for one money, I convinced him that he would be loosing a lot of money, he'd just get pennies for the radios that way and it'd still be tough to sell it because who's got the space for 75-80 radios and the way to move them.

I've convinced him to let me help him have a radio auction right there on site, I'd put the word out to the antique radio community, build him a web page with lots of photos and let the radio group come there and bid on the radios.
So this is what is going to happen. We haven't set a hard date yet, we're looking at a Saturday in early October, maybe the third Saturday, he has family conflicts that cut down on to available days.

As soon as a hard date is set I'll spread to word but it will be on a Saturday and likely start at about 10am with viewing starting at 8am.

Right now this is all I know, as more details are firmed up I'll let
everyone know.

I'm planning to go down there in the next week or so and help him move them around so we can see more stuff cause there's a lot of radios covered up by other radios.
