[AMRadio] D 104 mic element

Hi all,
I am in need of a replacement mic element for a D104. I picked a mic up 
at a swap meet this past weekend and it seems to have a bad mic element. 
I am looking for anyone who might have a spare laying around that they 
would be willing to part with. My next step might be to try and replace 
it with one of those Radio shack elements that I have read about, but 
want that as a last resort. Anyone have an opinion on those elements?
