[AMRadio] Non Commercial, non Ham AM Radio station?

There are no special technical provisions for non commercial AM stations but if it is not educational (licensed to a school) it must operate aprox 48 hours per week if a daytimer and double that if full time. See 47 CFR 73.1740 for details. It also must conform to the applicable FCC technical and allocation rules that apply to all other AM stations.
