I would venture to say the white wire is the audio line.  That would go to
the center of the jack.  Of course shield is ground to the case of the mic,
and I would tie black to it.  If I remember right, black is a direct ground
(-) side of the mic element, or just for the key circuit of the mic.
 Either way, I think you could tie black to the shield.

I would also suspect RED is the key line, but unless you have PTT wired up
in the rig, it's useless for now.  Have no idea what blue would be.  It's
been a while since I've used a D-104.
