If only that were the worst of what people do.  :-(

I can rarely make it past an hour of monitoring on 20 meters without 
a dozen or more instances of "The personal here is..." and "Negatory" 
and even "10-4".  And 75 meters is many times worse!

Funny thing is, I almost never hear that in the extra parts of the 
band.  Wonder why that is?
