Hi Jay,

I can't do that for you but it is easy for you to do.  Look at the 
bottom of this message and you will see a link named List Home.  Click 
on that link then sign in to your personal page.  There you can change 
from individual messages to digest.

Give it a try and if you have trouble let me know.  You will need your 
password and if you don't have it, you can request a reset.
