Home Depot still carries a large variety of perforated of aluminum sheets.

One that may come close:

I did a search of "perforated aluminum sheet"

There are many different ones.  This is just one example.  The specs do 
not give the gauge, however, they provide the thickness in fractions of 
an inch.

I picked up one of the sheets several years ago for an RF Final enclosure.

It bends on the desired line very easily, without having to resort to a 
metal brake.
