[AMRadio] Silver Silicon Sealer

Talking about Ace and other sources for stuff to restore old radios, where can you buy silver or aluminum looking silicon sealer in toothpaste type tubes these days?  I have looked at THe Home Depot, and Lowes but they only sell it in large caulk type tubes.  Seems like the silver stuff is hard to find these days.  No problem with "clear", white, or black.  I have not checked ACE as they are not very handy for me to check out.
