[AMRadio] Ferrite slugs for SX-28A

Another suggestion, that is a long shot, is to apply a drop or two of
penetrating oil down the hole - let sit for a few hours and see if the slug
will turn.
Whenever removing a ferrite slug, apply some white grease on the threads
before installing.
