[AMRadio] FCC exam

I have absolutely no knowledge of whom administered the General Exam in 
Atlanta.

He did walk around the room, never said anything to anyone.  I just 
remember during the CW portion he stood looking over my shoulder for a 
period of time.  I didn't miss a single character.  He may have thought 
it curious that I was writing everything is a solid string of 
characters, then went back and drew lines between the words.

The final outcome in 1980, was that I walked out as a General with the 
"Interim" /AT appended to my call.

I drove the 130 miles or so back home, and nervously connected the Shure 
444.

I was readily welcomed into the 75mtr group when I finally drew up 
enough courage to key it.
