[AMRadio] FCC exam

I would like for the FCC to go back to giving all the license tests.
At least have some professional test proctoring organization conduct
the exams.  This is what is done with the commercial licenses.   The
current situation is too much like the wolves managing the hen house
in my opinion.   I imagine all the VEs will start hollering--knock
yourselves out--I have had this opinion for years and I will probably
take it to my grave.  I find an inherent conflict of interest with
hams testing hams.
