The specific subject line answer is - Yes.
If you are looking for a van, you've already missed them.
They used sedans and other such vehicles.
Here in Manassas, VA, we *have* seen what they are using. You won't
even notice the ubiquitous antenna farm.
Most of the equipment is completely out of sight.
We saw the displays, with spectrum analyzers in a glove box. *Surprise*!
