[AMRadio] Ongoing Quest: Legal Limit AM Amp

I should have added that if you do not have a legal-limit amp, you tune for max smoke then in AM mode reduce the drive such that a carrier with no modulation results in 1/4 of the "max smoke" power, whatever that is. You're done! Don't touh anything else.
