[AMRadio] Please Trim Your Messasges Before Sending a Reply

I receive messages on this refector in Digest form.

This morning I went through ONE digest message, and the following, verbatim 
was repeated over and over, numerous times.  The actual text of the messages 
was practically hidden by all the repetitive garbage. Most computers these 
days have a highlight/delete function. What you see below was highlighted, 
copied and pasted from ONE MESSAGE, mind you, but the whole thing was 
actually repeated two or three times at the end of other messages, in the 
same digest.  WHY DO WE CLUTTER UP THE MESSAGE BOARD WITH THIS?
