Most of the computer junk that turns up is so old and outdated that the
only use might be for logging.
The rest is just plain junk, and would bring someone more if they
collected it for recycling precious metals.
Cut off the gold contacts, and take them to a scrap yard. Or, many
communities are collecting these and other electronics devices that no
longer serve useful purposes, and sell them to put $$ in Municipal coffers.
Thereby less tax increases.
