[AMRadio] Fwd: Elmer

I think most of us that were educated in electronics in the 50's and 60's 
learned what not to touch.

But I got hurt pretty bad when my watchband got across the 28V 600A mains in 
an aircraft. Not my fault. The fault of a bad designer.
