What proof do you have of this?  Please cite some source or
documentation.  an email from some guy isn't enough.  Have you a
statement on paper saying this from DataPro counsel?   What are your
legal credentials?  Are you a practicing attorney?   If you are only
an armchair lawyer you have no business tossing off legal opinions and
your opinions are not valid.

I am genuinely interested in establishing what authority this business
has in this matter.  If you have any true and legitimate information
from a competent legal professional retained by this business I would
like to know about it.  Otherwise you have nothing.   The DataPro guy
can mail out threats all day and night but if he can't produce
anything substantive he has nothing either.
