[AMRadio] 10M AM Frequencies

Well my opinion is I always felt that Tech's should have all privileges on 10 meter.
Years back I wrote letters made suggestions they fell on deaf ears.

According to the FCC the Novice and Tech are underclass.  All that and 
sub-bands should have changed years ago.
