The Extra is now an additional PIA - You have to prove that you passed 
Element 3, prior to some date.  I didn't know this until a week before 
the session here in Manassas.

I only can wonder how long the FCC will take to provide this.  In my 
case it is 31 years of ancient history, as of Oct 31 this year.

I wonder if their records go back that far.

The Extra Pool is required, BUT, I will never be working as a satellite 
control, nor ever work them.  Sigh, just more useless garbage.
