[AMRadio] 10M AM Frequencies

I simply don't understand the need for such Byzantine and complicated band-plans and
regulations  as you have them in the U.S.  What is wrong with the way we have it up here?
Once a radio amateur has access to HF, he has access to all of HF,  no sub-bands.  We can
operate any mode, anywhere. You want to run phone on 3510?  Go right ahead!  Though it is
recommended that one adhere to conventional "gentlemen's agreements".

As  for newly minted, ex-CB'ers  running AM - good luck with that.   Most "expert" and
"elite" CB'ers  disdain AM and consider it low class.   That newly minted Tech will use
SSB only as he has been acculturated to use SSB on the freeband.  Yes, freeband.  Where
did you think all these Technician class' came from?
