[AMRadio] Extra Class

Downgrade? How the heck does one do that? I don't think you CAN. You can turn in your license completely. I've heard of some paranoid soul doing that for fear of warrantless entry. Maybe he was growing pot or something. But downgrade to a lower class? Who did this?
