[AMRadio] "Real" AM'er

"The AM Handbook" was independently published by me around 1996 or so.  
It's out of print. I occasionally get requests for it, but a reprint 
would be a major undertaking at this point.   It's over 100 pages of 
articles, notes, technical info, and lots more, (including an audio tape). 
The problem is the time and effort required to copy it and collate it.  
I would need help.  I may get my local club to give me a hand, and 
republish it, with the revenue going to the club.
