[AMRadio] Modulation reactor

Don't know about the 610 specifically but often, when a mod reactor is
used, it is in series with the B+ which in turn goes to the secondary
of the mod. transformer that is directly connected to the PA plate
choke.  The other end of the mod. transformer secondary (that normally
would get connected to the B+) is connected to the blocking cap and
then to ground.  The side of the mod. reactor that is connected to B+
is also connected to the CT of the mod. transformer primary.

That's the usual way broadcast rigs use mod. reactors.  It is not the
only way to do it however but it is the only way I'm familiar with so
I'm giving it since I did not see any other answer to your question
given.
