[AMRadio] Extra Class downgraded to advanced

My mail server crashed a couple of weeks ago.. this has been sitting as 
a draft on my client waiting to go out.  Sorry for the delay...

Happened when the FCC introduced the 'Extra' Class.  My dad held a Class 
A license, back in the day.  That changed to 'Advanced'  Some years 
later (about 1980'ish), he was working someone on CW on ~7.020 
(somewhere below 7.025MHz) and the other guy said "hope you're enjoying 
your Novice ticket".  Dad didn't know what the hell he was talking 
about... until he got an "OO" card for operating out of his band allocation.
