That is not really the case. There are plenty of satellite services that 
are in place at broadcast facilities. They could handle the feed. For 
stations with no satellite facilities something like the barker channel 
on XM and Sirius which is in the clear or the equivalent on Diish or 
Direct TV would be more than adequate.
