[AMRadio] Ebs Test failure

Because having a dedicated line to every station in the country would cost a 
LOT of money.
Everyone wants lower taxes, so what you get is a cheap system.

A lot of my customers try and do things on the cheap, it usually does not 
work out well.
But how much more taxes are you willing to pay to get a top notch system?
